Cheerleading

We have recreational and elite classes for ages 3-adult.

we have different levels for every ability and even beginners can join a competitive team. 

We also offer stunt groups, solos and duos for those wanting to compete for more, expand skills or gain more confidence

Tumbling

Our tumble classes are split into ability.

Beginner tumble focuses on rolls, handstands, cartwheels and walkovers 

Intermediate tumble focuses on handsprings 

Advanced tumble focuses on tucks, layouts and twisting skills

Currently intermediate and advanced are combined. 

 

Cheerleaders on our competitive teams get one free tumble class a week!

Astro Tots 

Our adult and child class for ages 2-4
This class focuses on learning the basic fundamental skills. This class uses the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework and the basics of cheerleading and gymnastics to create a fun and educational class, to create the cheerleaders and gymnasts of the future.
